The best way to know what it’s like to be a member of CrossFit MNC is to lace up and come in for the first time. All our classes on Thursdays are designed to be welcoming to new folks, and our coaches will ensure your workout is individually tailored to you.

CrossFit can get you closer to any number of goals - weight loss, self-confidence, increased strength, or sports prep. We begin your membership with a short meeting so we ensure that what you get here is exactly what you’re looking to achieve.


Join the classes that fit your schedule.

We’ve got plenty of classes throughout the day, from Monday to Saturday, and we’d love to see you in them. Once you’re set up in our system, we invite you to come to whichever classes you’d prefer.
