Note from the Coach;

Scoring will be rounds & reps for each AMRAP. Stemming from a conversation I had with Coach Mike and my thoughts on not “Majoring in the Minors” that mentality is the perfect fit when looking at this workout. Don’t get too caught up in any of the 3 AMRAP’s on their own, but rather focus on the entire workout as a whole. Transitions will be fast, and potential to do all lot of work is highly probable. Pacing will be key for success across all 3 AMRAP’s.
