When we’ve touched on everything under the sun, it’s Bench Press to the rescue!

EMOM x  10 mins; Sprint 100m *record your fastest and slowest times

Rest 5 mins….while you “rest” begin warming up on Bench Press

Bench Press; 1 set x Max Reps (guys; 185-135/ladies; 95-65)

Rest 2 mins, then complete the same number of reps as fast as possible. (scoring ex; 185 x 12/1:34)

For Time;

Run 800m

Note from the Coach;

The intention today is really just to get our heart rates up a little with the sprints, give the rest of our bodies a break with bench pressing, and the 800m run is for kicks and giggles…I don’t recall us ever running it alone for time? Today seems as good as any 🙂
