Complete 4 sets of the following;

4 Back Squats @2010, load at 80%

Rest 1 min

8-10 KB bent rows/per arm

Rest 1 min

12 Burpees

12 KBS (24/16kg)

Note from the Coach;

The Metcon isn’t very flashy but when your looking for high effort & heavy breathing it doesn’t always need to be something complicated.

Treat it like conditioning work, and it’s only 3 mins so get after it!

Be sure to give Ashleigh, Monica, Charlotte, Adrianna, Kaitlyn and Allie a high five when you see them…Adrianna will require a virtual high five via facebook etc 🙂

They all had great showings at The Goddess Games this weekend. Each and every one of them left nothing in the tank when it was all over with and I couldn’t be prouder!!
