Weightlifting Wednesday

A) Power Snatch: TNG Double every 75 seconds x12 sets; Load from 55% 1RM set one and build if technique is good
Every 2 mins x 3 sets
B1) Clean Grip Deadlift: 10 reps *you pick weight
– rest up to 10 second
B2) Farmers Walk: 100m holding 32/24kg per hand
– rest 3 minutes

Working time may be adjusted depending how long the Farmers Walk is taking.
C) EXTRA/OPTIONAL;
Bent over barbell row; 3×15 where you must pause 1ct against sternum each repetition
