Weightlifting Wednesday

A) Power Snatch: Double every 75 seconds x12 sets; Load from 55% 1RM set one and build if technique is good
B1) Strict Press: 10,8,6RM
– rest 60 seconds
B2) Bent Over Barbell Row: @1111; 3×10-15
– rest 60 seconds
Note from the Coach;
Strict press will be done out of the rack, but you will use same bar for bent-over rows…the weights will likely be pretty close to the same depending on the individual.
