Partner WOD: Complete for time
100-80-60-40-20 reps of
lunges *knee must kiss the ground
push-ups *chest to deck
sit-ups *both hands must touch toes at the top
*Divide reps however you’d like amongst your team. While one partner works, the other will be jumping rope. If you struggle jumping rope you may substitute with lateral line jumps. The goal is for both partners to stay “busy” the entire workout, not fighting with the jump rope.
