Training Day

A) OVH Squat – In 15 mins find a heavy, not max, set of 3, from the rack (performance)

     Every 3 mins x 5 sets; 6 Barbell Rev-Lunges *from the rack, 3 each leg, climbing in weight (fitness)

B) 12 min EMOM

Min 1 – 7 Thrusters @ 75/55

Min 2 – 14/11 Calories on AD

Min 3 – 21 Situps
