10 Shoulder to OVH *Build to a tough 10 reps across the 6 sets starting @95/65

*rest :15 sec

10 Burpees *as fast as possible

*rest :15 sec

10 Pull-ups (performance & fitness)

*rest :15 sec

10 Box jump overs 24/20″

*Rest 3 mins

Note from the Coach;

Today’s focus is on efficiency of movement. Each set focus on improving how well you perform each set of each exercise. The load for S2OVH should increase every set, ending with a tough but UB set of 10.
