A1) Close-Grip Bench:
Ten sets of 5 with 60%
A2) Single-arm DB Row:
Ten sets of 12-15 after each set of bench press; Perform with right arm after odd sets of bench & left arm after even sets of bench

B) Teams of 4:
4x400m Relays
One person runs each quarter-mile leg of the mile
Once final team finishes rest 2-3 minutes and then repeat for 4 sets total
