Metcon: 10 rounds for time

1 clean (squat or power) *heavy as possible

1 chest to bar pull-up

1 clean and jerk *heavy as possible

1 chest to bar pull-up

Add 1 rep to the C2B each round until you can no longer do them unbroken. Meaning, when you cant stay on the bar. At that point, start over with 1 rep and continue till the 10 rounds are completed.
