Build to 85-90% for a tough single; Then drop to 80% for an AMRAP set (rack it with x1-2 in the tank)

B) Every minute on the minute:
Min 1 – 1 Power snatch
Min 2 – 2 Power snatches
Min 3 – 3 Power snatches
Etc.. until failure to continue
