Weightlifting Wednesday

Strength:
A) Power snatch 7 sets x 2 *non-Tng
B) Snatch high pull 5 sets x 3 *Tng at 75-90% Sn 1RM
C-1) Bent over BB row 3×12 – no rest
C-2) Farmers walk 3x100m with 32/24kgs each hand – rest up to 2 minutes
