Training Day

A) The Battle of Mint Hill 2016 Event 2: (Teams of 2)
Buy-in with 800m Run w/20/15lb Slam ball; Both partners run
then….
5 rounds
10 Deadlifts – 225/155lbs – Shared reps
10 Syncro burpees
Note from the Coach;
1) Shared means ‘split’ the repetitions however; 7/3, 5/5, 4/6, etc..
2) Syncro means both partners will do 10 burpees at the same time together 
3) Scaled variation use 185/125lbs DL
B) EXTRA/OPTIONAL:
6 sets:
Run 400m
(rest/walk 90-120 seconds)
Ascending pace each set; Start very easy and finish very aggressive
