Training Day

A) Power Snatch: Double every 75 seconds x12 sets; Load from 60% 1RM set one and build if technique is good
B1) Strict Press: 8,6,4RM
– rest 60-90 seconds
B2) Bent Over Barbell Row: @1111; 3×10-15
– rest 60-90 seconds
Extra/Optional:
C1) Strict Pull-up: 2x 90 sec AMRAP
– rest as needed
C2) Seated DB External Rotation: 2×8-12/arm
– Load with micro plates in hand
