Training Day

A) Power Clean Ladder:
Two TNG repetitions EMOM x12 sets – Load from 60% set one and build 10/5lb each round; If you reach a set that’s 8/10 RPE, stop adding load and stay there the remainder of the day
B) Clean Grip Deadlift: 3×5-8 HEAVY – rest 60-120 seconds
Note from the Coach;
RPE Is “Rate of Perceived Exertion”. During the PC ladder when you feel your are working at an 80% effort (not 80% of your max) you will stop adding weight and stay for the rest of the EMOM.
