Training Day

A.) Performance; Every 2 mins x 10 (5 sets); Snatch Balance x 3, climbing in weight if comfortable and technique is solid

Fitness; Every 2 mins x 10 (5 sets); Snatch grip deadlift x 1.1.1 @85-105% of Power snatch 1RM *Stay technical, with a focus on positions

B.) 4 Rounds, for time

400m Run

32 Air Squats

8 Deadlifts @ 275/185 (RX+ 315/225)

Note from the Coach;

The deadlifts are intended to be VERY heavy. That being said, you need at least a 1RM of 400 for men, 280 for women or better before attempting RX+. This is a classic scenario of “just because you can, doesn’t mean it’s a good idea.”
