Note from the Coach;

Only one person working at a time during the conditioning work. The row will be completed 500m at a time, the run at 400m, and the farmers walk 200m at a time. The intensity should be high…going hard when its your turn. The bigger classes may be split with 1/2 the class starting with the Farmers walk, then run, then row.
