Three sets of 10 snatches
(a) Load with 75% 1RM
(b) Rest 30 seconds between every repetition in a set
(c) Rest 1-2 minutes btwn sets

B1) Snatch Grip Deadlift:
Five sets of 5 TNG, load from 80% SN 1RM – Rest 90 seconds

B2) Single-arm KB Row:
Five sets of 10/arm – Build weight each set if you’re hitting good form – Rest 90 seconds

C) Extra:
10-minute AMRAP @50%
10 Stiff legged deadlifts 155/105lbs
