Note from the Coach;
This workout calls for 9 Muscle-ups, but due to a test workout coming on Wednesday I’ve subbed that out with the box jump overs. Partners may split the work however they see fit with only one person working at a time. Both partners must do the 100m Sand bag run (one at a time). Sand bag can be scaled with a 20lb slam ball. If you do not have a partner you will do 5 reps of each exercise + the sand bag run.
