Rest/Recovery/Make-up Day

Notes for today:

1) Rest day first
2) Make-up Tues/Wed second
3) Active recovery on your own is the third option

If you put in the work, you NEED to put in quality rest time as well to GET BETTER! Appreciate this well earned day off.

A) Prep:
1) 2-minutes Banded heel distraction
2) 2-minutes Banded bully (shoulder extension)
B) Conditioning:
Every 5 minutes x8 sets
Males – Row 500m
Females – Row 400m
Note from the Coach;
Goal is to hold identical 500m average pace as 3000m row from Aug 25th
