A) Strict OVH Press – Find a heavy (not max) set of 5

B) 3 Rounds, each for time;

400m run

12 Front Squats @ 95/65

12 Push Press @95/65

Rest 2 mins between each round

Note from the Coach;

Strict OVH Press coming from the rack.  Not looking to max out, but would like to see some heavy weight overhead. Looking for exact times for each round…start slower than you think you should.
