In teams of 3, the workout begins with 1 partner rowing 500 meters, while partners 1 and 2 will begin a 6 min AMRAP of S2OVH x 10, and Box Jump Overs x 10. Once partner 1 finishes the 500 meters he will switch out with someone doing the AMRAP. Every 500 meters partners will continue to rotate until the 6 minutes is up. The team will then rest 2 mins and repeat 3 times.
