Note from the Coach;

Taking a break from the barbell today. 1 pair of KB’s, both partners walk. You may switch back and forth as needed. Share the reps on the rest of the work. Make this aerobic…not intense. Just have fun and do the work.

Memorial weekend schedule reminder;

Saturday – Closed *come out and support your fellow members competing at The Battle of Mint Hill!

Monday – “Murph” One class only starting at 9:00am. However, plan to be here close to 2 hours. We will be starting the workout in heats every 10 mins. We are expecting a big crowd and all of the coaches will be participating, so please see me (Greg) between now and then to get “your” version if you plan on attending and are a 21-Day participant.
