Note from the Coach;

If you have registered for the open and plan on doing the workouts tomorrow I would seriously consider taking a rest day today. Nothing you do today will get you better for the Open tomorrow, but you can do something dumb and negatively affect your performance. Or if you are hell bent on coming, scale everything WAY back.
