Bench press; Every 2 mins x 12 (6 sets) 10, 10, 8, 8, 6, 6


Every 3 mins x 15 (5 sets)

35 DU’s (performance) Row 150m (fitness)

8 Jumping lunges (performance) 8 Goblet squats 16/12kg (fitness)

8 TTB (performance) 12 Sit-ups (fitness)

Note from the Coach;

If you are doing the Open and are feeling sore at all, just taking the day off may not be a bad idea. I know thats impossible for a lot of you, I’m just say’n doing 40 TTB may not be the best idea the day before….

If you must do something, I will have an “Around the world” aerobic workout you can do to just move a little.
