Mini WOD: 3min AMRAP

3 slam balls  20/30lbs

5 push-ups

 

“Sweetheart Partner WOD”

12min ladder: Partner front squat/box jump

2 partner front squats  45lbs

2 box jumps  18″

then

4 partner front squats  45lbs

4 box jumps  18″

Continue adding 2 reps per exercise, per round until time expires.

*Partner front squat: each partner will hold one end on a 45lb bar in a front squat position. They will perform the squats together while holding the bar at each end.

**The box jumps will be split between the partners.
