You do have a choice of 3-5 rounds based on how beat up you are. Friday will be intense again so save a little something for then if you intend coming. The rest between exercises is basically transition time. Today we’re just doing the work…however, I would like you to push a touch on the row (85-90% *Not a all out) mainly because of the bigger classes.
