REST DAY/MAKE-UP DAY
Beginning this week you’ll notice Thursday’s are now just a Rest Day. In an effort to further prep for our “Friday Night Lights” and the CrossFit Open our programming is shifting to Friday’s becoming an intensive day and Saturday’s more of a regular training day. Don’t misunderstand, you’ll still get quality work on Saturday, but a little less intensive. We will of course be open on Thursday’s and you can make-up a workout if you wish. There will not be any “Recovery” workouts programmed. If you have made it to the gym Mon-Wed, we would prefer you take a complete rest day on Thursday so you can really push on Friday’s.
