Most everyone hates them I know, but double-unders and jumping rope in general are not something that is going to magically disappear. Nor, will you get better at them by not doing them…I’ve tried. Buy a jump rope and practice, or get to class early and practice everytime you walk through the door and you’ll learn to hate them less.
