Goblet squat: 2-4-6-8-10 (24/32kg)
100′ Waiters walk (50′ LT hand, 50′ RT hand)
5 rounds, 1min rest between rounds
*Athletes will perform 5 reps on the bench, 2 goblet squats, and 100′ waiters walk. This is 1 round. Rest 1min and continue.
**On bench press, 1 rep will be added for every 10lbs you are under the prescribed weight.
