Note from the Coach;

This is a great tester from Ben Bergeron of the famed Comptrain. It includes most everything you’ll see in The CrossFit Open (hence the name) and is definitely quite useful in gauging skill, work capacity, and overall endurance. With this many different skilled pieces my recommendation would be go hard where you’re strong and “rest/recovery” during the exercises you struggle with. If you’re competent in all these movements, pace appropriately and get as far as you can….Good luck!
