Food is my passion. I love to buy it, cook it, eat it and share what I know about it with others. I really enjoy helping others find a way of eating that helps them reach their goals without being miserable. Some might call it “dieting” but I prefer calling it “teaching people how to be good at eating.”
I firmly believe that everyone should have the ability to enjoy the everyday things in life that are important to them: hiking, gardening, playing with your kids/grandkids, etc. The functional fitness approach gives people the ability to do all these things and do them well. I love that this same approach can be adjusted to meet the needs of a competitive athlete as well! I absolutely love helping others realize what they are capable of and am passionate about guiding others towards their fitness and nutrition goals.
