Note from the Coach;
After Front Squatting heavy I would like our focus to be on quality today. Keep the Power Snatches light enough that your able to do them to the best of your ability…bar close, making contact at the hip, etc, etc.
Those of your more experienced, shoot for touch-n-go reps…practicing cycling the bar quickly. With this format, you having 90(ish) seconds rest between sets, these aren’t intended to be super heavy.
