20 wall balls 20/30lbs
*Only one partner works at a time. Ex: partner 1 does swings, partner 2 does wall balls, then partner 1 does burpees, partner 2 does swings…and so on for 30mins.
10:30(ish) class: not coached
snatch ladder from 35lbs up to 135lbs. As a class we’ll make the rules up as we go 🙂
