10 Alternating KB Snatches (24/16kg)
Note from the Coach;
Turning back the intensity a bit today. We had a tough workout Monday, so the focus today should be on quality reps in the Clean and Jerk. Looking for somewhere in the 80% effort on the conditioning work. Nice run, but not a sprint and clean snatches with the kettlebell.
