Note from the Coach;
We’ve stepped it up a notch this week in load on the back squats. Please give yourself a range of weights between training max and actual max. This 95% should be very challenging but in no way close to missing or form breaking down. Be honest with yourself in the sets leading up to it whether you should use your actual or training max.
