A) Close-Grip Bench Press: EMOM 15×1 with 70-80% 1RM; In the final 5 minutes you can build load each round to a heavy single
B) Every 5 minutes x5 sets:
15 Thrusters 65/35lbs
10 Lateral burpees over bar
35 Double unders *70 singles
(rest in remaining time)
