A) Close-Grip Bench Press: EMOM x 12
     2 reps with 70-75% 1RM; Pause 1ct on sternum then explode to lockout
B) For time:
75 Burpees onto 45lb plate
Note from the Coach;
EMOM starting at 00:00 perform 5 Wall balls (20/14lb to 10/9ft)
Time cap 12:00
C) EXTRA/OPTIONAL:
Power clean
EMOM 4×5 TNG with 50%
(rest 1-2 minutes)
EMOM 4×2-3 TNG with 65%
(rest 1-2 minutes)
Every 30 sec x8 with 80%
