It’s with a heavy heart that I’m posting Drew Owen’s farewell WOD. Monday will be his very last day here with us. He is moving back to Canada to pursue his career and be closer to his family. I remember so well his first couple weeks being just a little guy that ran fast. Through nothing more than busting his ass day in and day out he progressed from that little guy that runs fast, to one of our very best male athletes regardless of the workout. Rarely have I seen anyone attack workouts in the manner that Drew does and then be so humble about his ability…an all around great guy and athlete. Drew has become a “target” on the white board that will be sorely missed by all. His last class will be Monday morning at 7:00. I found this WOD that I feel is very fitting and right up his alley. On a more upbeat note, this will also double as a “Birthday WOD” for Gary Courtney! I hope you guys enjoy it!
