With the Metcon being 20mins long, I will be strict with the clock regarding warm-up & squat time. If you take a while to warm-up, please get here early to do so, or bring your own clock for the Metcon. Not trying to be an ass, we just need things to move along on time today. To quote Tony D… “Less with the jaws, more with the paws”
