Training Day

A) Back Squats: 5@ 60%, 4 @ 70%, 3 sets x 3 @ 80-90%

B) For Time:

21-15-9 Deadlifts @ 225/155

42-30-18 Abmat Sit Ups

C) 2×10 TGU each arm..pick your own weight

Note from the Coach;

“IF” the back squats feel good, you can climb to 90% on the last sets. If not, stay closer to the 80% range.  For the metcon…It’s 21 deadlifts then 42 situps, 15 deadlifts and 30 situps then 9 deadlifts and 18 situps. “C” is intended to be shoulder accessory work. Catch you breath from the metcon, and knock those out before you leave for the day.
