9 Box Jumps 24/20″ + 9 Hand Release Push-ups + 9 KB snatches 24/16 kg

Note from the Coach;

Partner 1 completes 3 reps of all 3 exercises, then Partner 2 does the same. Continue this pattern adding 3 reps to all exercises per round until time expires.
