Note from the Coach;

The time is here! The Open starts this week, with the first workout being announced this Thursday at 8:00pm (our time)

This year we’re going to do something a little different. We are going to have our own “Friday Night Lights!” Starting this Friday for the next 5 weeks we will be running heats of the Open workouts beginning at 4:30 until closing at 7:30. We will also run Open workouts for anyone needing to do them after the 9:00am Saturday class and Mondays as well providing we have the available judges. This is why it is very important for everyone that is able to take the judges course.

The atmosphere will be awesome, and we’re looking forward to it!
