Note from the Coach;

I want to keep the row in the workout if possible. With the bigger classes we will have to be creative by either run heats, alternate exercises, or make it a partner WOD.

We will be closed Thursday for Thanksgiving. Friday we will have a limited class schedule. I’ll have more details on that in the next day or two.
