2 teammates will start with the row (500m ea) while the other 2 teammates will be AMRAPing the thrusters & pull-ups (1 person working at a time). Once the 1,000m row is completed the all teammates will switch exercises. Complete this pattern until time expires. Score will be total rounds of thrusters & pull-ups
