Note from the Coach;

Every 5th minute will be a rest minute for both partners. Partners 1 begins workout with rope climbs/TKG’s while partner 2 runs. Once partner 2 finishes the run, partners trade places. Nice easy pace on everything, think more of a fun, just move around workout.
