Note from the Coach;
Beginning with the Thruster ladder only one partner lifting at a time. The score for your team will be the total of each partners heaviest successful lift. After the rest we have 4 rounds for time. This is pretty cut & dry…only one person working at a time, split the reps however you’d like.
REMINDER; This Saturday we will be having our Christmas Party beginning at 10:30 am. We’ll do a workout first and as Sharon said “Eat, Drink, and be Merry” afterwards. We will NOT be having our normal 9:00 am class due to the party. We will continue updating with details as the week progresses.
