20 Power Cleans (115/85)

30 Ring Dips

40 Wall Balls (20/14)

30 Hand Release Push-ups

20 Thrusters (115/85)

200m Farmers Walk (24/16kg per hand)

Note from the Coach;

The meaning behind “Grinder Pace” will begin with keeping in mind this workout is 20 mins long, and the reality of you to keep a high intensity pace is not impossible but not very likely. Instead I would like to see you stay in the 80% neighborhood and “grind” you way through this workout…1 exercise at a time and at a pace the will allow you to keep moving and “grind” away at the work…that’s the last time I’ll say it, promise 🙂
