Saturday – Closed *come out and support your fellow members competing at The Battle of Mint Hill!

Monday – “Murph” One class only starting at 9:00am. However, plan to be here close to 2 hours. We will be starting the workout in heats every 10 mins. We are expecting a big crowd and all of the coaches will be participating, so please see me (Greg) between now and then to get “your” version if you plan on attending and are a 21-Day participant.
